Sales Representative
Learn the buyer conversation, rehearse the next move, and carry the practice into real customer interactions.
Automotive dealership training / hospitality with discipline
Lobby Leverage gives Sales Representatives, Managers, and General Managers / Dealer Principals role-guided workshops, lessons, practice, and reinforcement for the customer conversation—from welcome through follow-up.
Built for the whole team
Premium hospitality gives disciplined selling a human texture.
The program includes an internal, evidence-reviewed Level 1 readiness path—not external accreditation. Practice alone does not award a credential.

02 / Role-specific value
Each role sees the same customer-centered system through the work they actually carry.
01
Learn the buyer conversation, rehearse the next move, and carry the practice into real customer interactions.
02
Observe the interaction, name the behavior, coach the next attempt, and reinforce the standard in the work.
03
Use role guidance to align standards, operating discipline, and reinforcement across the dealership.
03 / Guest Moments
These seven Guest Moments follow the usual journey order, with movement back as needs change. Transparency applies throughout, especially at decisions.
01 / Welcome
Make help available across message, phone, or showroom while respecting the guest’s space, pace, and format. Introduce yourself, acknowledge the reason for contact, check whether someone is helping, ask what would be useful, agree the next step, and move to Discover only with agreement.
02 / Discover
Explore Want, Why, and Priority using relevant information only; let the guest finish, summarize priorities, invite correction, include constraints or concerns, ask permission for notes or sharing, and hand off with a confirmed need, main constraint, and unresolved question.
03 / Match
Make the reasoning visible as verified feature → benefit → guest-stated priority. State tradeoffs, separate confirmed equipment from what needs testing, verify the exact unit, offer a small relevant comparison, disclose unmet non-negotiables, and agree an evaluation plan.
04 / Experience
Let the guest evaluate real use through a parked walkaround, seating, and safe drive. Agree priorities and procedures, explain controls while parked, allow quiet attention, ask what worked, did not, or remains uncertain, and return new needs to Discover or Match.
05 / Transparency
Keep price, terms, timing, and concerns clear throughout. Separate facts, estimates, and unknowns; use A.C.T.; use What/Why/When/Next updates; review approved written information; name unresolved items and the authorized owner; and confirm pending items before commitment without pressure.
06 / Celebrate
Prepare ownership in the guest’s preferred way: cover priority controls while parked, use teach-back, leave passwords with the guest, record unresolved commitments and support contact, and agree channel, first checkpoint, and open-item owner. A photo is optional and excitement never covers unresolved promises.
07 / Continue
Use preference-aware 1–7–30–90 checkpoints. Apply O.W.N. (Own it, Work on it, Notify), check permissions and open commitments, give useful help, name the next owner and update time, confirm outcome where possible, document no response as an attempt rather than resolution, and let the guest return to any moment.
04 / Guided process
Observe and learn, practice, coach or reinforce, then carry the next behavior into the showroom and follow-up.
Sign in to trainingStart with the role-aware library, then notice the customer cue, the team response, and what the moment asks for next.
Use authored interactive practice, role-play prompts, feedback, and takeaways to make the next move specific and usable.
Managers and leaders can rehearse how to name an observable behavior and support a stronger next attempt.
Save lessons, track progress, and resume the role-aware training experience as the work continues through showroom and follow-up.
Workshop preview
Role-specific first-impression practice for turning an arriving customer’s cue into a useful, owned next step.
Sales Manager and General Manager / Dealer Principal practice for turning live showroom, lot, phone, and follow-up observations into useful coaching.
Role-specific practice for summarizing buyer relevance, asking clearly for the next step, and preserving hospitality.
Plan a relevant, safe vehicle evaluation and debrief both positive and negative feedback without treating a completed drive as proof of purchase intent.
Prepare the guest to begin ownership in a way that suits them: celebration is optional, while readiness, permission, teach-back, and visible ownership of open items are the goal.

06 / Access and next step
Create an account or sign in, then review the access state that applies to you. Protected training requires approval, an eligible dealership relationship or grant, or a fulfilled Individual subscription; signing in alone does not guarantee access.
The current experience supports practice, feedback, takeaways, saved lessons, and progress, plus a usable internal evidence-review path: ten source modules or make-up evidence, anonymized fieldwork, 20 human-scored source questions, role plays, manager observations, remediation, and appeal. Issuance is currently disabled pending explicit owner policy, qualified scope, and retention configuration; it is not external accreditation.
